Bob’s Red Mill, Toasted Carob Powder, 18 oz (510 g) Product Review

Instead of cocoa. great product. Like. Toasted Carob Powder. Toasted carob powder. Do not like the taste. Normal carob. I like. Disgustingly overfilled carob! Very good value

I use carob instead of cocoa. Of course not cocoa. Sometimes I see that it’s not cocoa. Of course. Because it is Carob, not Cocoa. The taste is a bit similar, and the carob has the taste of carob. This product feels a little fragrant.

Been using for years. Good price.

I liked this carob. For a long time they bought another in our Auchan – they could not eat, there was a terrible aftertaste. So we decided to try this one. Well logged in. And we make sweets, and chocolate with it. Super!

Came promptly. Packaged appropriately. Priced competitively. Tastes great!

I use it as a drink, dilute with boiling water with the addition of milk. Sweet without sugar. For me it’s very tasty, but not everyone likes it.

Do not like the taste. I will not order anymore.

I tried domestic manufacturers and this one – I liked it. I already ordered 2 packs. The only thing was that the package was not packed in a bubble wrap, and it burst during transportation, staining all other dietary supplements, and a third crumbled.

I use carob in the form of powder for the first time, so I can not compare it with anything. I like the powder itself, I spread it and spread it on bread like jam or chocolate paste. It goes well with tea. Tasty and, I think, useful!

Did not like VERY! Strongly overcooked substance. I tried to cook with him. The taste is disgusting. Threw it away. And it makes me sick. Even from the smell. I did not go at all. Carob disappointed. At least from this manufacturer. The whole package was sent to the trash! Was it helpful? Click!

Affordable, has been purchased many times in Foodpharmacy Blog?

Questions and Answers

1)Can I use it for drink like hot chocolate or just for baking? 2) Did they added sugar or is it 100% natural without additives? 3) Is it worth buying? Thank you?)?)?)?

I have purchased it several times. The flavor is not like cacao. It is slightly sweeter and has more of a mocha flavor to it than cacao or cocoa. It does not have any additives to my knowledge. You can use it in baking and hot chocolate (I make chocolate oatmeal with it), but the flavor is slightly different. Once you get used to the different flavor, it is definitely worth buying!
