Yesssss it’s very very gentle. I have sensitive skin and there’s no stinging or burning, no scent, it feels like water.
In order to prevent over-exfoliation, I would recommend not to use other acids (vitamin c) or retinol. However the AHA/BHA content in this product is very low.
I googled and it and it mostly said to avoid beta and alpha hydroxy acids during pregnancy and lactation all together just to be safe, in small quantities it should be fine but the percentage of these active ingredients and what the safe amount is requieres more research
