Country Life, Target-Mins, Calcium-Magnesium Complex, 180 Tablets Product Review
This is Very Unpleasant. Good. Calcium Needed by Everyone! Certainly best calcium -magensium. Good. Tablet of calm. Good drug for osteoporosis. Top Product. it is good. Taking for osteoporosis
Calcium has always been this. This time I bought a large bottle by mistake, but it is OK to drink after all. The grains are rather large.
I take calcium for medical reasons at regular intervals. I chose this drug for myself according to four indicators – the ratio of ingredients, the required dosage, price and number of tablets. This calcium approached me in all respects. Added in it more vitamins D3 (cholecalciferol) and K2 (in the form of MK7). Joints do not whine, it means it works! All health!
1) Dense, need only 2 pills per day, as opposed 5 of citrates 2) No other additives, like gratuitous zinc, etc. that many manufacturers add. If I wanted those other minerals, I would buy pills with quantities I need – which I don’t.3) Doesn’t affect stomach pH – which means taken with meal doesn’t interfere with digestion – objectively. Subjectively – same thing, no aftereffects.
I ordered the 2nd time. Good drug.
We drink a large can on a tablet in the evening.
The drug was bought for an elderly relative, 85 years old. Her diagnosis is osteoporosis. For a year, she broke her leg twice. After she started drinking this calcium, we noticed that her recovery went better. She began to walk faster with walkers around the apartment. Taking the drug for 3 months and continues to drink. Rehabilitation after the age of 80 takes a long time. We think that grandmother should constantly drink this drug, since calcium is already poorly absorbed.
Super quality and above all kosher!
it is good
Good price, nice big bottle, only 2 per day needed. The tablets are large but I don’t have any problem swallowing them. I take one with breakfast and one after lunch. I would like to find a calcium supplement that has the d and k2 in it also because I have to take that separately. I’m at the beginning of trying to reverse bone loss, newly diagnosed with osteoporosis. Taking this, walking everyday and doing weight bearing simple workout at home plus cut back on the sodium, hopefully next scan will show an improvement! I didn’t know that too much sodium can cause significant calcium loss so look into it you want to absorb the calcium into your bones!
