Yes!! Unlike other acne medications that contain salicylic acne which is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breast feeding sulfur ointment IS safe to use while pregnant!

i would suggest to introduce both of them slovely, first once or teice per week and then gradually more often. I use it with mandelic acid almost daily but make sure to moisturise afterwards. You should be fine. Its amazing product and deals with bigger pimples in just couple days. Love it!
