Lightest shade was kinda yellowish for me, but i usually use this type of shade to cancel out my dark circles. This concealer is really smooth, light in texture. Looks natural on skin.

Yes it is but not in the colour Light.
Yes it is good for Oily skin in my opinion. I would not think that you would have more oily skin and acne but try to use a little amount each time to be safe.
