Hello! – the package says no fillers, but there is written also organic rice as a part of other ingredients, so is the rice a part of the capsule or a filler? Rice is a part of the filler as a tiny amount. Otherwise this is one of the best brands I use for several years already and also recommend to my clients. Maybe try and see if you have any reactions if you are prone to allergies?

Each capsule intake of Vitamin B just like Vitamin C cannot be store longer than approximately 4 to 6 hours in the body. Excess will be discharged out of the body. Therefore one capsule in the morning and one in the evening will help to replenish our body of Vitamin B. Liposamol Vitamin B can stay much longer up to 8 hours in the body.
