Excellent helps with chronic stress. Working. Антистресс. I benefited because I completed it. Very great. Favorite Drug. Aswagandha. Support activity and mood. Feeling Better. Better Than Most

In Ayurveda ashvaganda is classified as “rasayana”, that is, it promotes youth and longevity, is a universal tonic for health. It belongs to the subgroup of Medhya Rasayan, that is, this plant has been traditionally used from time to time to improve memory and the process of cognition. Modern science of ashwaganda is recognized as an adaptogen, that is, it normalizes physiological functions, improving the counteraction of the organism to chronic stress by correcting imbalances in the neuroendocrine and immune systems. Actually, I use it to improve my condition under stressful conditions. Works for me on 5+? Ashwaganda has remarkable properties for stress relief, comparable to the properties of potent drugs used to treat depression and anxiety. Scientific research supports the ability of ashwagandy not only to relieve stress, but also to protect brain cells from its harmful effects. It restores healthy functions of the adrenal glands and normalizes the activity of the sympathetic nervous system. It is believed that many of the side effects of stress are associated with an elevated cortisol level. In studies, the level of cortisol was reduced to 26%? Improves memory and cognitive functions. Studies tell us that ashwagandha restores damage to brain cells and restores neural networks and synapses. Therefore, it can be used to treat Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases at any stage of the disease? Useful for the cardiovascular system. Ashvaganda helps maintain heart health by regulating blood circulation, helps prevent thrombosis, stabilizes blood sugar levels and controls cholesterol levels? Improves sex hormone levels in men and women. The usual dose for the extract is 300-500 mg. Can not be used during pregnancy and people with hyperthyroidism. Himalaya, Ashwagandha, 60 Caplets Review

I have ordered ashwagandha many times. There are reasons for this. She really works. She helps me cope with stress and periods when I sleep little. If you slept little, or you have a stressful day, or lack of energy, I recommend taking ashwagandha. My head clears up, the speed of thinking increases, the reaction to stimuli becomes restrained, calm. I do not drink ashwagandha, but I accept it in those cases about which I wrote above.

A natural adaptogen, such as ginseng, eleutherococcus, lemongrass, rhodiola, etc, is a nootropic and also has an anabolic effect (muscle growth). Different sources indicate different properties, but most often ashwagandha is recommended as an antistress and a means to increase the quantity and quality of sperm. I’m only interested in the anti-stress effect: D It seems to be there, although it may be a placebo.

I felt sweet

Very great

After the birth of the baby, she barely breathed from a lack of strength, as soon as she began to take it, she felt herself alive, her strength increased, her mood was on top, and her nerves were not naughty!

Very good.

We accept the product with my husband. I had to decide on the dosages – the recommended one perfectly suited my husband – 1 tablet per day, in the morning – it maintains a good tone and even mood. I reduced my dosage to half the pill, as I felt excessive activity, until I was tired of the full dosage. The action is positive, even autumn cold is not so depressing. Waiting for your mark)

As a stressed life that I am living I think it makes me deal with it more efficiently and smoothly.

I have tried several different brands of Ashwagandha some of them were not effective but this one is a pretty good one. In terms of value for money this one is good.
