It tastes good

I haven’t had constipation all my life, but I escaped.

Every time lactic acid bacteria were taken, lactic acid bacteria were given up and lived with inulin. However, the effect was good to drink as much as 300cc water when taking.

Inulin-FOS is very helpful with my Short Bowel Syndrome.

Worst. I ate a day and gas was going to burst. I tried to eat for about a week while screaming loudly in my stomach, but I gave up because it was impossible to live in a company. It is not irritable bowel syndrome, but the bowel is a bit sensitive, so this ingredient is not suitable for me.

My son is 4 years old and uses this product. We use this as a sweetener as we no longer have sugar in our house. He loves it!
There is nothing to indicate this is organic. I was thinking it was made from chicory, as I believe other inulin products are, but there is no mention on the bottle of what it is made of. The taste is far superior to other brands that I have tried.
