There are quite a few formulas out there with just d/k. I will note, however, that nearly everyone suffers from a severe iodine deficiency due to all the chlorides, fluorides, and halides that grab onto (and damage) our cells iodine receptors. This is a fabulous formula in my opinion. Actually, on a personal note, I should share that my vitamin D levels were severely low for many years, even while using other formulas. I switched to this, and after being tested a year later I was actually quite shocked at how well my levels normalized. This is a quality product. Unless you have some sort of medical issue with the iodine, it will be a very nice added benefit. There is some iodine fear mongering out there. Ignore it. The average daily diet in Japan yields people 10mg or more a day. We are talking about 1mg here.

I bought my daughter in law these and Vitamin “D” 5, 000IU soft-gels to take during pregnancy. I believe that it gives the bub greater resilience plus, via breast feeding, a greater ability to fight off any affects from vaccinations. Baby is still only 2 months old, so early days yet.
