I think it is fine matching with dairy products but not sure what the taste will be. I just match with water.
Yes it has lead but at a level which is lower than most foods. Wouldn’t worry about it. I have using for years and it mixes well and takes as good as any green powder. Would recommend it.
i would not take it if pregnant because it contains herbs. I do not know the effect of these herbs on a baby.
