I’ve tried some other “0 calorie” noodles, this has to be the best I’ve tried so far. Smell and taste is very neutral. Most importantly, it’s the closest texture of a noodle you can ever get. Of course, it’s a little chewy. But nonetheless still as close to real noodle as it can get.
