Hi Emanuela. I certainly can speak only from my own experience. I began taking Neem about two years ago to help a chronic skin problem caused by parasites I picked up gardening. My skin was already problematic but it certainly didn’t worsen after I began the treatment. I started seeing an improvement in a few weeks and after taking it on a regular basis, my skin hasn’t been this good in years. I will continue to use it as a preventive to keep the parasites away. Nowhere on the container indicated it being organic. However, it is vegetarian and non-GMO. The bottle on the Foodpharmacy Blog website is old and doesn’t indicate that.
Nature’s Way, Neem, Leaves 100 Capsules I use Neem for stronger immune function, but I have read that it can help releave Gout pain. You should perhaps research Neem better yourself. I have noticed that it helps for my sciatica pain, so why not gout.
You can take neem on an empty or full stomach. Mixing it with other vitamins is ok. However I would recommend taking neem before bed because it acts as a natural sleep aid. It makes me sleepy.
