Pleased with the result. I drink 3 jar. For those who have PCOS and who wants a baby. Though And “Grass”, Be careful! The drug works. It relieves chest pain due to age-related progesterone deficiency. Works for me. Natural replacement for Dufaston. Good product. An effective drug in the initial phase of hormonal changes in the premenopause. The rescue of drowning.

Nature's Way, Wild Yam Root, 850 mg, 100 Vegan Capsules Review

For many years she lived on hormones, infertility, polycystic, hormonal disorders. She freaked out and stopped drinking hormones (of course, under the supervision of a doctor). I started drinking, appointing myself, Vitex, wild yams and dong qui. In the second month of admission, menstruation came during with a cycle of 28-30 days. This is a shock for me. Menstruation began to go on time, painless, without PMS. After half a year I passed tests for hormones. Everything is okay. A year later I became pregnant. All gynecological and endocrine examinations showed – healthy!

I drank 2 weeks in the winter for 1 capsule Wild Yam. I am 50 years old, there are hot flashes, etc, the delights of menopause. Somewhere after 10 days, I noticed that my appetite increased and my chest started to hurt, then CT scans came, and there they were! (and they have already been gone for 6 months) that I was in shock. So plentiful that I skipped to the gynecologist. I have never had such a period. This is my story!

Carefully I write “good”, but not “excellent”, because I have been taking the second month so far. For a serious analysis, this is not enough. Age 50. Menopause is not yet, but the cycle began to observe the last year, unstable health, chest pain, dry female genital organs. What I noticed at the reception: stabilized the cycle, improved well-being, good mood, dryness went away (completely gone). I accept from the 10th day of the cycle. I wanted it from the 14th, but due to the uncomfortable state, I take it before the 14th, I drink two weeks, one capsule in the morning. Then I take a break. And I’m waiting for my period. The drug is working. Saw earlier duphaston, this one is much softer. I also tried domestic wild yams as part of Laura – by the way, and I felt better with it. But this one is cleaner, without impurities, and works better. I think if there are very serious problems in gynecology, it is still worth looking at the tests. And to stabilize the state, the cycle is quite.

Age 44. Progesterone is reduced, and estrogen is enough. Chest hurts from 33-35 years, cysts. The doctor, the mammologist, did not prescribe anything as a treatment, said that everything was nonsense (all type supplements are not effective, he did not say anything about hormone therapy at all), only cut out cysts and put implants. Apparently he did not know about hormone reduction and the connection with FCM. Although it is strange, a mammologist is nevertheless, although he does not have his own titics, but yours is quite logical and common in premenopausal women). Yeah, cut everything out. but that they will not form new ones in their remaining tissue? Thank you. Itself began to dig Old. She passed the tests, after reading his Majesty the Internet, that at this age, as a rule, progesterone begins to decrease first (and indeed it starts to fall sharply from 35 somewhere, and estrogen is still large). Indeed, analyzes have confirmed this. At first I started to apply the gel hard-boiled – the effect immediately, but for now you smear it with your chest. I decided to try yams. Throughout the cycle – the chest is in order! And then it was bursting every month, if you do not anoint a progestogen. As a progesto, by the way, when taking this yam, I stopped smearing. I did not retake the tests, but my chest is in order. I hope that there is only grass, and there is no undeclared progesterone, because the effect is and it is very specific). Doubts directly torment whether they have added something else there). But I accept.1 capsule, 2 times a day (i. e. only 2 pcs per day), from the 7th day of the cycle and stop drinking on the 26-27th day of the cycle. I have no side effects from the supplement. Cysts, I think, have not gone anywhere. But at least they do not grow and do not fill with liquid, as before (I directly felt that they are filling and the gland tissue hurts around).

Age 54 years. I take on a regular basis 1 capsule per day for 3 months. General health, mood, sleep improved, hot flashes became very rare and rather situational. There was a libido. Tightness and vitality again appeared in the body. Again there was a desire and strength to straighten the back and shoulders, and not to stoop and bend. Even the gait has changed. I will definitely accept.

I accept, on the advice of a nutritionist, as a natural substitute for Duphaston during premenopause. I accept in the second half of the cycle, in the same way as Dufaston. Unexpectedly, but it works. For me it’s even stronger than Dufaston, from whom I did not see any sense. Duphaston contains progesterone. Wild yams includes the substance diosgenin, which is used by the body itself to synthesize progesterone. The active substance contained in wild yam – diosgenin, is a natural source of progesterone precursors, in this regard, the use of wild yam has a regulatory effect on hormonal imbalances in menopause and PMS. Due to its ability to dilate blood vessels and relieve spasms, wild yams relieve pain associated with premenstrual syndrome. In addition, it lowers blood cholesterol, preventing the development of atherosclerosis. It helps well from such an unpleasant thing as hot flashes. Menstruation has become more regular.

It works

I have preclimax, the ratio of female hormones has changed. There is enough estrogen, and progesterone was lacking. I take it regularly, the effect is very noticeable, the menstrual cycle has normalized, and my health has improved.

I found this drug, trying to escape from the manifestations of menopause. There is a lot of advertising on the Internet, and representatives from medicine are mostly negative about Yams. Rare studies do not support advertisements for pharmaceutical companies. Since I tried a lot of things in two years, it is difficult to say how this drug proved to be. To do this, you need to periodically take tests for sex hormones. In general, I can say that tides are rare. But there are real results for the daughter, who for many years suffered from irregular menstrual cycles, long delays. She took 6 months from 15 to 25 days of the cycle, 1 capsule 2 times a day. The cycle has recovered completely. After about 7-8 months, as soon as the failures started again, I drank another 6 months. Still alright. It may be a coincidence, but the result is important for anyone. Everything is very individual, you need to try. Doctors treat only within the framework of their outdated protocols and do not even want to try to try something new that goes beyond the established rules.
