With just a few flicks of a wrist, a good brow pencil can transform sad, sparse brows into full, thick, and perfectly-defined arches. It’s the perfect shape to fill in my brows and the color is enough to fill in but without making it obvious that i filled in. Normal brow makeup melts away when i touch it with my fingertips, but this miracle-worker stayed put. It also comes in eight shades that range from light blonde to a deep brownish/ black shade. The brush is a cinch to use, and it takes just two quick strokes to get my brows the shape i like. This is a nice, muted brown without much warmth at all, so it does not stand out. The pencil i use first to fill out and shape my brow arch, and then i use the brush to define and thicken. I used my favorite primer (Thank me later is the name) with my eyebrow pencils (Just some basic maybelline pencils from the drugstore) to draw the shape, then filled it in with this product.

I’ve always been envious of thick, luscious brows, but since i have sparse eyebrows, i never felt that i have the base to create that look naturally. In fact, i recommend doing this whenever you apply a brow product with a brush to blend everything together and give a softer, more natural finish. Reason: I love everything about this product but was hoping for my bardou brows last up to four days as promised in the claim. The brush almost seems intelligent in how it shapes the hair of your eyebrows into place. It does not dry hard but keeps the brows in place. I am able to create eyebrows that-with practice-are becoming and look softer and more natural. Seriously have never used anything this amazing on my brows before. Use the precision pencil to define, blend, fill and enhance your natural brow shape. It stays well through the day, and when i fall asleep without taking off my makeup, it’s still looks good and the morning, and has yet to be smudgy at all. This waterproof eyebrow pencil lasts up to 12 hours and has an angled tip for maximum versatility, creating thin and wide strokes. It adds depth and and the brow gel is a nice consistency. It comes in brown, black, blond, and clear, so there is truly a boy brow for everyone, though i’d love to see glossier come out with tinted shade for redheads. This is the only gel i have found that tints and thickens my brows while keeping them soft to the touch so it’s not completely obvious that i am wearing makeup. It’s also got a slanted design that makes it easy to flick and follow your brow’s natural shape, and i have also found it keeps you from getting too heavy-handed at the tail, which is where most people’s brows tend to be the most sparse. The blend of vegetable, soy bean and coconut oils in this brow pencil formula makes it super creamy and easy to glide on for filled-in and defined brows with minimal fuss.

It’s a must-have for those with thick brows, since it helps tame and lock hairs into place for a simple, groomed look. No matter how much of a rush i am in, i never end up with brows that are too dark or too overdrawn. My brow hairs are naturally sparse and very faint in colour, which is why i choose to fill-in the gaps with a dark brown pencil, powder or gel, to achieve a fuller and fluffier finish. The soft, glide-on color is super buildable and matches my brows perfectly, while the waterproof formula results in color that does not budge. More natural than a gel and easier to use, brow pencils are for anyone looking to revive their brow game. I could tell the color on the shu uemura seal brown pencil was perfect as soon as i saw it. The pencil is a twist up triangle shape. The brow gel is clear and does not flake and is not tacky. I would reccomend this brow pencil especially if you already have thicker brows that only need a little bit of filling in. The tinted gel is made of tiny microfibers that cling to your eyebrow hairs and skin, giving the look of fullness while defining them. If you are new to brow grooming or just want the convenience of shopping for everything at once, the benefit cosmetics bomb ass brows! This eyebrow pencil has an oil activated formula: Color only shows with natural oil that is on the eyebrow. Whilst i found the taupe shade a little too light for my naturally dark brows, i loved the idea of this product.

The other side has a spoolie to blend and set brows in place. I loved how this brow powder looked in person, it gave my arches a subtle definition that was flattering without being ott. Use the deepest shade for the tale and mid-section of the brow, and a lighter shade for the front. Plus it’s great if you have fine brows and need precision when it comes to filling in sparse spots. Chances are an allure editor probably has a brow shape similar to your own. My natural hair color is a very dark brown, almost black, and like most others that i see with this hair color, it does not have a strong red undertone, if any at all. Overall, both products looked great, but brow flick gave off a more natural, non-filled in look, while boy brow screams brows on fleek.
