My skin is rather yellow and was looking to use this to make it less so. I put this over after I have used only moisturiser on my face. The plastic brush attached seems like a little toy but it works well with the powder. It does make my face look fairer and less yellow. But I have decided that it is a bit too fair for my liking so I ended up putting my regular loose powder over it.
