I got started on these amazing beans at work. I sort of liked them and They sort of taste like salted chick peas. But what got me convinced was the mind blowing nutrition of these beans.24% dv protein 20% dv fiber in under 100 calories. These are better than any protein bar, because the ingredients are just salt and the edamame! I was kind of disappointed though that this was a produce if China, what with all the supply chain concerns, so am not 100% sure what else I am eating. But so far I have been snacking on these quite regularly since they are really filling and helped me maintain a healthy diet without feeling hungry all the time.
