Love, love, love this tea! I bought it to add cinnamon(lowers blood sugar). It is “cinnamony.” I am pre-diabetic. So, I got this to add cinnamon, a little milk, a little Stevia and hope for the best. It was great! All winter long it woke me up while reminding me of cinnamon toast.
