Good one

Cooks up nicely in my rice cooker, a very easy healthy alternative grain.

It’s organic for one & buckwheat’s not even really a grain tho’ it satisfies like one – it’s some kind of grass as I recall. Bob’s Red Mill has it in a form I don’t have to rinse which suits me. At my advanced age, I no longer feel much like fussing with food. I enjoy this with heavy cream. & I trust Bob’s Red Mill as a brand.

The package was ripped in 2 different places, half of the buckwheat was left in the shipping box

I cook it like rice. I serve a lot

+

I like to cook it with butter. It’s a healthy food. Thanks a lot!

The buckwheat is not fried.

Clean and in a good shape
