For a very long time I chose between toner from klairs and pyunkang yul. I decided to try titanium moisturizing toners first, and then try Korean toner. Previously used Missha essence in a glass jar. I can say about klairs an excellent moisturizing toner (I liked it more than the previous care), is easy to use and pleasant in tactile sensations. If in doubt, do you need this toner, definitely needed! I recommend to save dry skin

You could use it up to its expiration date. I have used mine bottle withing more than 6 months and have not noticed any problems with the consumer qualities of this product. It was as good as in the begining and did not cause any bad reaction on my skin.
Hi! No, this toner is not a cleanser. It’s a very light moisturizer. I apply it immediately after cleansing, as an initial hydration step. It’s very light, and it won’t prevent your other treatments from absorbing. If you’re looking for a wipe-on/wipe-off cleanser, try micellar water.
