I like to make a big pot of soup and have it for lunches through out the week. I wanted to love this recipe, i really did :(My entire family of four loves miso soup, but none of us could eat this. Different regions in japan add different ingredients to their miso soup. And if you take another 10 minutes to make a simple ground pork, bok choy/tasty-in-soup-green-of-your-choice, green onion, sesame oil, and soy sauce soup base you have got a delicious meal, healthy and free from weird additives.
