Great whole food vitamins! Who has the opportunity to advise taking! Quantity Does Not Match Specified In Description. Supervitamins for Superwoman. I came up perfect. Support me with (S)uper(N)ew(M)ember(170) to get 10OFF! Prenatal vitamins. Good vitamins. Awesome Vitamins! Good vitamins! Great!

My favorite company. I love almost everything that they do and honestly admit, I thought that I would only take them all the pregnancy. But it did not work out. Large solid glass jar, the contents in the form of capsules. The volume of 90 and 180 pieces. You need to take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably with a meal, but you can also on an empty stomach. The composition is great! These are whole-food vitamins, here we have a complete list of vitamins and minerals, extracts of various fruits, vegetables, and seedlings. Mix to improve digestion, which includes lactobacilli. The song, not the composition! The only negative is not enough calcium and magnesium, so keep that in mind. I took them all the second trimester (it took 1.5 banks) and part of the third. No side effects, everything went great. Her hair is sticking up, her nails are strong, her teeth are not crumbling, there is plenty of energy, her head is working, everything is fine with the baby. No questions. Excellent working formula, I can advise from the bottom of my heart! Why all the same did not stop them? Here two things for me personally – the inconvenience of admission and the price of the issue. At first, I was terribly annoyed to take them as much as three times a day. I completely forgot about them, because I flew off to work in the morning, returned late at night. I hardly taught myself to drink 2 capsules in the morning and one in the evening. All the same, taking once a day is the most. And of course the price-economy. It took one and a half banks for a trimester, and, consequently, the cost of the course has increased significantly. But if such problems are not worth taking for you! Vitamins are truly excellent! Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Raw Prenatal, 90 Vegetarian Capsules Review

Vitamin CODE from Garden of life ordered for the first time. I received the order about a month ago, but I only opened the vitamins yesterday, so I can’t say anything about their beneficial effects on the body. But, since they are one of the most expensive – in the category “For nursing mothers” I decided to count the number of capsules in a jar. And, alas, disappointed. Instead of 180 capsules declared on the package, I counted only 170. It is not good to deceive people, have a conscience!

I am already drinking 6 cans, I started ordering, when 2.5 months after giving birth my hair started to fall out. Loss completely stopped after 1 month. Then after six months I decided to take a break (I decided to save money) and bought other vitamins, too, with Foodpharmacy Blog. And again the paws ache, the tail falls off, the wool climbs. I will never change them again, while I continue to use these vitamins, the best that I can take. An allergic child did not give any reaction!

Very pleased. My second pregnancy and post-pregnancy passed without vitamin complexes. And it was really hard. The doctors said: well, what do you want, pregnancy, childbirth, the age of 32 years. I only had enough strength in the morning for a few hours. Then I constantly wanted to sleep. Hair and teeth are just a disaster. And now I have prepared for the third pregnancy. I studied all the complexes Foodpharmacy Blog. And this one seemed to me suitable. Saw him all the pregnancy and still drink (baby now – 3 months). According to the instructions you need to drink 3 tablets per day. But as it turned out, more than 1 is enough for me and not every day. If I drink more, it will already re-excite me and a burp appears (even if with a little). I feel very cheerful. I sleep and get enough sleep for 5+. I get up without any problems at night (to feed my son), and in the morning (5-6 in the morning), and I walk with children 2 times for 2-3 hours a day. And my hair DOES NOT climb! I advise!

Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Raw Prenatal, 90 Vegetarian Capsules Review

I have been searching high and low and found this brand of multivitamin for myself that is not putting much junk inside. It contains Vitamin B9,folate instead of Folic and Vitamin B12, methylcobalamin instead of Cyanocobalamin. It is Raw whole food multivitamin. It has also no binders or fillers. It contain these minerals include calcium, iodine, iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc. The full list of macrominerals and microminerals looks more like this; boron, calcium, copper, chromium, iodine, iron, manganese, magnesium, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, strontium, vanadium, and zinc. It is considered a very decent multivitamin from Foodpharmacy Blog. However the best source for minerals that our body can use naturally are cultured using yeast (i. e. Saccharomyces cerevisiae) or are chelated using the chelation method invented and patented by Albion Minerals. I would give it a 4star for this multivitamin.

The best vitamins I’ve ever met. All natural. I drink them a long time ago – I started them a year before pregnancy, I’ve been pregnant all the time and now I am breastfeeding, and we’re about a year old) In addition, I drank only vitamin D. Folieva and iodine there. Even the iron was normal. I drink 2 capsules per day, and not 3, as indicated on the package. They were tested repeatedly – all the vitamins became normal. The husband and eldest daughter drink vitamins of the same series a couple of times a year in courses.

Very good natural vitamins. Saw during pregnancy and lactation. The only small minus is that the daily dose is 3 tablets. Sometimes I forgot. Overall, very satisfied. Health was good, hair and nails are in order.

Fully justify their value! I started drinking them at the very beginning of pregnancy (and additionally vitamin D) and plan to drink the entire lactation period. Before pregnancy, she took vitamins for women of the same company.

I always choose this company, they have all the vitamins have a “good” form and really work!

I really liked the vitamins. I have something to compare, because this is my 3rd pregnancy and in previous vitamins I bought at the pharmacy. From those vitamins, the hair climbed into shreds and did not see any sense at all, and after taking these, all the hair was in place. I definitely advise everyone

I found that calcium is not enough in these capsules, but I couldn’t find any calcium formula without vitamin D or other minerals that will exceed the daily recommended dosage if taken with these capsules. Any suggestions, please? Thank you.
Can I take all 3 pills required daily together, or should they be spread out during the day?

You have double of the folate dose required before getting pregnant, so you could take it, but you don’t need anything else. If it was me, I would just buy a good folate supplement before getting pregnant. It will also save money.
I was never concerned about that and was very happy with this product I still take it and my son was born three months ago. Although extra calcium never hurts. and my diet alone consists of extra calcium through yogurt and milk etc.
I don’t think it’s methylfolate but rather just folate from food sources. I am MTHFR too and my holistic doctor said this was a good sup for me. If you want methyfolate you need to take a separate sup.
Yes you need to take all 3 or you won’t be getting enough of the folate and iodine that is needed in pregnancy
Yes absolutely it’s for while breastfeeding. You should take it while breastfeeding.
Everything is going up in price, but especially products that are good and popular. This product contains valuable ingredients that are natural and more expensive to produce. With the weather conditions changing, many crops have been destroyed and are not available any more, or are no longer holding the standards needed ito be in this product. I hope I could help.
Not too bad for smell. They are large so some may find hard to swallow. Personally it’s fine for me.
Label states: Prenatal Digestive Comfort Blend 77mg (per 3 capsule) Ginger, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus rhamnosus, (6 billion CFU), saccharomyces cerevisiae
Did not look in to that, sorry
I am not a doctor, but I am pretty sure that they should be spread out during the day to maximize absorption. All 3 together will be too much to absorb in one go.
