This is a great thyroid enhancer. My level T3 & T4 were normal but at the lower level. Since I have been taking this I am back into a healthy middle high range of what should be. Capsules or other forms of iodine didn’t help me. But I have been taking for a few years now – it took some months to get back into a higher stable normal range. It has been part of my normal maintenance routine and will stay so.
