I Love this toner. I use it everyday. It keeps my skin from being overly dry and keeps my skin from breaking out. I use it more than the rest of the roses line.

Foams like soap or liquid cream with a spray. I feel very aggressive. Waiting for something more tender from pink toner. But the effect is strong. I personally don’t need a cream after this toner. Skin age, prone to dryness.
