I always buy this frying oil, I really like it. The consistency is similar to margarine. Does not smoke. You don’t feel it in the finished dish – everything is eaten on it, no one feels either a coconut flavor or any other extraneous taste. Universal, neutral.
I am on the AIP protocol. Therefore, I was looking for butter to replace butter. Good butter, I can’t say it’s like butter, but quite pleasant.
