I like avocado and mayonnaise, so I bought it for the first time and my daughter loved it for a refreshing taste

Like the taste and healthy. High in fat compared to normal low fat mayo but worth for health benefits.

I think It’s too sour

It was a taste like “N? “, but it was delicious if it was mixed with seasonings when making burdock salad. A protein mayonnaise that was a bit different when eaten alone. I bought the oil I used because I thought it was good. Inexpensive mayonnaise from a Japanese manufacturer is genetically modified rapeseed oil or salad oil, which may trigger the Japanese illness.

This was not my favorite mayonnaise. I started making my own at home after purchasing this one. It is very easy if you have a stick blender.
I have looked everywhere on the packaging, and I am sorry that I cannot find anything that says it is kosher. I wish I could help you find your answer.
